CANCELLATION POLICY
FEE POLICY

At Holistic Health & Wellbeing Centre, we deeply value both your time and ours.

Please ensure you’re comfortable with this policy before booking your appointment.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask for 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Every client receives email/text reminders of their appointment, and changes can be made by messaging Jodee Marques on 0430 192 729.

​

  • Missed appointment: 100% of the fee applies

  • 0–48 hours’ notice: 100% of the fee applies

  • Over 48 hours’ notice: no fee applies

 

For online video appointments: if you do not log in at the scheduled time, Jodee will attempt to contact you by phone or text within the first 15 minutes. If contact cannot be made, the session will be considered a non-attendance and the full fee will apply.

Appointments at this clinic are in high demand. Late cancellations not only affect us, but also prevent another client from accessing support.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

2. FEE POLICY

  • Payment is required at the time of each appointment.

  • Future appointments cannot be booked unless outstanding fees are paid in full.

  • Holistic Health & Wellbeing Centre may request payment before your session.

 

Payment Options

  • Online bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • In-person appointments: An invoice will be sent prior, or you may pay at your session.

  • Online (Zoom) appointments: An invoice will be sent prior, and payment is required before your session begins.

 

Important to Note

  • Rebates are not available under Australian Mental Health Care Plans.

  • Sessions are not claimable through Private Health Funds.

  • Sessions are not available under Workers’ Compensation or insurance claim arrangements.

 

3. SCHEDULE OF FEES

  • Counselling/Coaching (In Clinic or Online – Business Hours, 9am - 5pm)
    $150.00 + GST AUD (50 minutes)

  • Relationship Coaching (In Clinic or Online – Business Hours 9am - 5pm)
    $150.00 + GST AUD (50 minutes)

  • Counselling/Coaching (After Hours, 5pm >)
    $163.64 + GST AUD (50 minutes)

  • Counselling/Coaching (After Hours, 5pm >)
    $163.64 + GST AUD (50 minutes)

  • In-Home Counselling/Coaching (In Your Home - Business Hours, 9am - 5pm)
    $327.27 + GST AUD (50 minutes, travel included)

  • Report Writing
    $75.00 + GST AUD (per 25 minutes)
