FEE & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Holistic Health & Wellbeing, we highly value our time and yours.  

Please make sure you understand this policy and that you are comfortable with it before booking your allocated appointment time.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Your time is valuable and so is ours so we ask that you provide 48 hours notice of any changes required to appointments. Every client will receive a series of text/email reminders with the date and time of their consultation and changes can be made online via the booking site https://square.site/book/ZWN0PQZSV3DSZ/holistic-health-wellbeing-wanniassa-act or by messaging Jodee Marques on 0430 192 729. 

• Missed appointment               100% of fee charged

• 0 – 24 hours notice                  100% of fee charged

• 24-48 hours notice                     50% of fee charged

• Over 48 hours                              0% of fee charged

If you have booked a video appointment, but you do not login at the time of your consultation, Jodee Marques will make two attempts to contact you by phone or text message in the first 15 minutes of your appointment. If Jodee Marques are unable to reach you in this time, Jodee Marques will consider this a failure to attend and charge you for the appointment.

Appointments at this clinic are in high demand, therefore late cancellations impact both the therapist and other clients who have been placed on a waiting list.

2. FEE POLICY

You are responsible for paying the service Fee at the time of each appointment for all further appointments. You will be unable to book further appointments if the Fee is not paid in full. Holistic Health & Wellbeing reserves the right to request payment of the Fee prior to the appointment.

If you book online full payment is required at the time of booking.

If you are attending in person, an invoice will be sent prior to the appointment and payment can be made at the time of the appointment. 

If you are attending online, an invoice will be sent prior to the appointment and payment is required before your appointment.

Rebates are not accessible under Australian Mental Health Care Plans.

Private Health Fund rebates are available through the below providers:​

3. SCHEDULE OF FEES

• Counselling/Coaching In Clinic/Online $136.36 + gst AUD (50 minutes)

• Relationship Coaching In Clinic/Online $136.36 + gst AUD (50 minutes)

• Child/Youth Counselling/Coaching In Clinic/Online $68.18 + gst AUD (25 minutes)

• In home Counselling/Coaching $150.00 + gst AUD (50 minutes)

• Report Writing $68.18 + gst AUD (for each 25 minutes)
